The 10kv European-style Box-Type Transformer Substation (referred to as the European Style Box Substation) is a kind of pre-installed Box Type Transformer. It is a complete power distribution device that installs high-voltage equipment, transformers and low-voltage equipment in a steel structure box according to scientific arrangement.

1, the cabinet shell

The European-style box-changing box body is mainly made of steel structure, and the composite sandwich panel, stainless steel plate, cold-rolled plate, stainless steel plate inlaid with anti-corrosion wood and concrete wall can be used on the four sides according to different use environments, so as to be in harmony with the environment.

2, high pressure room

The European-style box-changing high-pressure room is equipped with high-voltage inlet cabinets, high-voltage outlet cabinets, high-voltage metering cabinets, PT cabinets, DC screens, etc. The high-voltage switchgears are mainly XGN15-12 ring network cabinets and XGN□-12 type inflatable cabinets. Easy to operate and safe to use.

3, transformer room

The European-style transformer transformer room is equipped with Dry-Type Transformer or Oil-immersed Transformer, indoor installation temperature controller and high-power fan. The high-voltage end of the transformer is connected by cable, the low-voltage end is connected by high-quality copper bus, and the exposed part is wrapped with insulating sleeve.

4, low pressure room

The European-style box-changing low-voltage room mainly adopts GGD-type low-voltage switchgear. According to the requirements, it can be equipped with low-voltage incoming line, low-voltage metering, low-voltage compensation, low-voltage outlet and other switch cabinets, which can realize intelligent control without special guard.

European box change principle

The European box-type substation and the traditional civil power house have basically the same principle. The high-voltage power supply comes through the high-voltage switchgear, and the transformer is stepped down, and then the power is distributed through the low-voltage switchgear. Because the European box-type substation adopts the box shell structure, it is highly mobile and easy to install, and can be used outdoors.

1. It has strong mobility, and it is very suitable for temporary power project. After use, it can be installed in another place to continue to use, without causing waste of resources.

2, easy to install, European box change internal equipment in the factory installation and commissioning, on-site installation only need to put the European change on the pre-made base, fixed, connect the in and out cable can be used.

3, the amount of construction on site is small, the European box does not need to build a separate power distribution room, only need to build a simple base, the construction amount is greatly reduced.

4. The cost of the construction is low. The cost of the European box-type substation is about 50% lower than that of the civil power house. The construction period can be shortened by half, and no personnel are required to be on duty during the operation phase.
