ZGS series Combined Transformer, that is, American Substation, are series of products developed according to the needs of urban and rural power grid construction development and transformation. It is a transformer that combines transformer body, switchgear, fuse, tap changer, low-voltage power distribution device and other auxiliary equipment to meet various preparation requirements such as user energy metering, reactive power compensation, and low-voltage shunt. ZGS type combined transformer is used as an independent complete power distribution unit with rated capacity of 63~1600kVA in AC 50Hz, 6~10kV network. It can be used outdoors or indoors. It is widely used in industrial parks, urban residential quarters, commercial centers, high-rise buildings and temporary construction sites.

Function and characteristics
●Compact structure and small size, only about 1/3~1/5 of the same capacity domestic European-style box change, greatly reducing the floor space;
 
● Fully sealed, fully insulated structure, no insulation distance, and reliable protection of personal safety;
 
●High voltage is protected by combination of load switch fuses;

●The cable head has 200A elbow cable connector and 600A T connector. The elbow cable connector is suitable for cable cross section of 35-185mm2. The T connector is suitable for cable cross section of 35-500mm2. The cable head material is divided into two. Copper core and aluminum core, both of which can be equipped with fully insulated zinc oxide arresters. The 200A elbow cable head can be loaded and unloaded, and it can also function as a disconnector.

When the transformer room and the load switch room are inspected, the two boxes do not affect each other, which is convenient and convenient. (If the upper and lower fuel tanks are all removed after the above-mentioned maintenance and repair of the transformer, the oil tank of the transformer can be opened, and the inspection is extremely inconvenient).
        2. The sub-tank structure solves the problem of contamination of the transformer oil by the fuse of the first-stage fuse of the load switch operation.
