Zhang Peng, 33 years old this year, is the general manager of Hubei Jutai Electric Co., Ltd. Although he is a post-90s, he has been deeply involved in the electrical field for eleven years. Today, Jutai Electric, which he founded, has firmly ranked among the top three in Hubei's electrical industry, with an annual output value of 200 million yuan.

These two days, Hubei Jutai Electric Co., Ltd. is busy producing a batch of transformers and complete sets of products, ready to be sent to Tuanzhouwan, Huarong County, Hunan Province.

Zhang Peng, 33 years old this year, has been engaged in the electrical industry since graduating from university. With the increase of work experience, he has become more optimistic about the market prospects of the electrical industry.

In 2017, Zhang Peng registered and established Hubei Jutai Electric Co., Ltd. Since the newly established company was not well-known, Zhang Peng targeted the civilian transformer market and produced transformer products with high cost performance and popular in the market.

The products produced have gradually been recognized by the market, and orders are increasing. However, the leased factory limited production capacity. In 2018, Zhang Peng acquired more than 40 acres of land in Qingji Industrial Park to expand the new factory.

The State Grid needs a large amount of substation facilities every year, so I asked my father to be responsible for the construction of the new factory, and I was responsible for the operation of the old factory."

Ideals are full, but reality is very skinny. The first problem Zhang Peng encountered was insufficient funds. At that time, Zhang Peng's own funds were only more than 20 million, and to build a new transformer factory, at least more than 60 million was required.

In 2021, Zhang Peng's new factory was completed. One year ahead of schedule. That year, the company's annual output value reached 130 million. In 2022, the second phase of Jutai Electric was completed, and a Transformer oil tank production line was added. At present, with the increasing popularity of new energy in various fields, Zhang Peng is also actively laying out the new track of new energy transformers.

It is expected to be put into use by the end of this year. In the future, we will further expand the transformer track and make new energy transformers a new engine for our company to develop new quality productivity."
