    Eco-conscious S11 Oil Filled Transformer

    S11 Oil-Immersed Power Transformer

Oil Immersed Transformer have the characteristics of good heat dissipation, low loss and large capacity. They are important equipment in power systems. They are mainly used to increase or decrease voltage to achieve efficient power transmission and distribution. They use insulating oil to cool internal electrical components and as an insulating material to prevent electrical failures. Insulating oil has excellent electrical insulation properties and thermal stability. It can be used as a cooling medium in electrical equipment to prevent direct contact between air and internal components of the transformer, greatly reducing the risk of arcing or electrical fires, and enabling transformers to operate safely at higher voltages.

    Explanation of related parameters:

    Rated capacity (kVA or MVA)

    • Refers to the maximum power that the transformer can output when it is continuously running at rated voltage and rated current.
    • For example, a 1000kVA transformer means that it can output 1000kVA of power under rated conditions.

    Rated voltage (kV)

    • The rated voltage value of the primary and secondary sides of the transformer. For example, a 10kV/0.4kV transformer means that the primary voltage is 10kV and the secondary voltage is 0.4kV.

    Rated current (A)

    • The maximum current allowed to pass through the transformer for a long time at rated capacity.

    Winding connection group

    • Indicates the connection method of the transformer winding, such as star (Y) or triangle (Δ). For example, Y, yn0 means that the high-voltage side is star-connected, the low-voltage side is star-connected and the neutral point is grounded.

    Impedance voltage (%)

    • When the secondary winding of the transformer is short-circuited and the primary winding is applied with a voltage so that the secondary winding current reaches the rated value, the percentage of the voltage applied on the primary side to the rated voltage. The smaller the impedance voltage, the greater the short-circuit current of the transformer, and the higher the requirements for system stability.

    No-load current (%)

    • When the transformer is running at no-load at rated voltage, the current passing through the primary winding is usually expressed as a percentage of the rated current.

    No-load loss (kW)

    • The active power consumed by the transformer due to core hysteresis and eddy current loss when the transformer is in the no-load state.

    Load loss (kW)

    • The active power consumed by the transformer winding due to resistance loss under rated load.

    Product advantages

Good technical and economic performance, long service life, high operating reliability, and small footprint.
