S11/S13 Eco-friendly Oil Transformer Product Details

The S11 series transformer is a new energy-saving, material-saving and environmentally friendly product developed on the basis of summarizing S9 and S10. The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets and has a multi-level step-type full-bevel joint structure. The no-load loss of the S11 Distribution transformer can be reduced by 30% compared with the S9 series distribution transformer. It has the characteristics of simple and reasonable structure, good strength, light weight, unobstructed oil channels, good heat dissipation, and low loss. It has achieved the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction, complies with national industrial policies, and its overall performance indicators have reached the world's advanced level.

The core of the S13 series transformer is made of the highest quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, and the more stringent core manufacturing process has put forward higher requirements for core materials and cutting equipment. In comparison, the no-load loss of S13 is 25% lower than the national standard value of S11, the no-load current of S13 is 80% lower than the national standard value of S11, and the noise can be reduced by 5-10dB.

Advanced technology of Oil-immersed Transformer:

Using copper wire, copper foil winding cylindrical structure.

The core and winding are fastened with self-locking loosening nuts.

Adopting advanced vacuum oil filtering and oil filling technology, it can effectively remove moisture inside the transformer, thereby extending the service life of the transformer.

Adopting high-quality silicon steel sheets with high magnetic conductivity and low loss, the structure is a rigid frame structure with screw clamping, good stability, low noise, and strong short-circuit resistance.

The transformer is vacuum treated to completely eliminate bubbles or residual moisture in the coil to ensure stable insulation performance.
