Oil-immersed Power Transformer product description

Oil-immersed Transformer is a new type of high-performance transformer with more reasonable structure and better performance. Its three-dimensional winding core has three cores arranged in an equilateral triangle, no air gap in the magnetic circuit, tighter winding, and the three magnetic circuits are the same length and shorter. The cross-sectional area of the core is closer to the circuit, so the performance is further improved, the loss is reduced, the noise is reduced, the three elements are balanced, and the third harmonic component is reduced. This product is more suitable for the power grid transformation of urban, rural, industrial and mining enterprises, and is more suitable for integrated transformers and Prefabricated Substation transformers.

Oil system of oil-immersed transformer

(1) Oil system in main bodyThe oil systems connected to the oil around the coils are all internal systems of the main body, including the oil in the cooler or radiator, the oil in the oil reservoir, and the oil in the oil-filled sleeve at 35kV and below.

(2) Oil in the switch chamber of the tap changer during operationThis part of the oil has its own protection system, which is the flow relay, the oil storage tank, and the pressure relief valve. The oil in this switch chamber acts as an insulator and extinguishes the current. The oil in the generated oil will be lost when the switch cuts off the load current. This oil system should have good sealing performance, and the sealing performance should be protected even if the arc pressure is generated during the switching process.

(3) Fully sealed for voltage levels of 60kV and aboveThe main function of this oil system is to isolate or increase the electrical strength of the insulating paper in the oil capacitor sleeve. When the oil is filled into the main body, the end at the end of the sleeve should be sealed to prevent air from entering.

(4) There is oil in the high-pressure outlet box or gas outlet boxThe high-voltage line of the 500kV three-phase transformer passes through a corrugated oil insulation system. This oil system mainly plays an insulating role.
