S11/S13 Eco-Friendly Oil Type Transformers for Enhanced Sustainability

Oil-Filled Transformer: Oil is the main insulating medium for transformers and serves as the refrigerant. The main components of the oil-filled compressor include: core, coil, oil tank, oil cushion, cooler, insulating liquid, hydraulic device, gas filter, thermometer, oil filter, high-pressure conduit, etc. Oil-filled transformers are mainly used outdoors. The S11 series environmentally friendly oil-filled underwater transformer is designed to provide high efficiency and energy conservation in the energy distribution system. These oil-filled transformers are an improvement on the S9 series, offering enhanced performance and environmental sustainability.

Technical features

The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, with a multi-stage step-type full-bevel joint structure. The core column is bound with F-grade non-weft adhesive tape. The core surface is sealed with insulating resin paint to prevent moisture and rust, reducing no-load loss, no-load current and core noise. The clamps and fasteners are specially surface treated to further improve the appearance quality of the product.

Product features

1. The core is made of high-permeability and low-loss cold-rolled oriented silicon steel strips, and adopts a unique lamination structure to minimize the distortion of magnetic flux density, thereby greatly reducing no-load loss and no-load current. Because the core joint air gap of this type of transformer is small, the joints of each layer are staggered, the no-load loss is smaller, the no-load current is lower, and the noise is reduced by 5-10dB.

2. The low-voltage winding can be wrapped in foil, which has a compact structure, while reducing the radial force during short circuit, and greatly enhancing the ability to resist sudden short circuit.

3. The box body adopts a fully sealed corrugated oil tank structure to prevent air and moisture from contacting the transformer oil, reduce the degree of oil aging, and extend the service life of the transformer; the volume change of the transformer oil due to thermal expansion and contraction is adjusted through the elastic deformation of the corrugated sheet.
