The Oil-immersed Transformer is a new type of high-performance transformer with a more reasonable structure and better performance. Its three-dimensional wound core has three core columns arranged in an equilateral triangle, with no air gap in the magnetic circuit, tighter winding, and the three magnetic circuits are of the same length and the shortest. The cross-sectional area of the core column is closer to a circle, so the performance is further improved, the loss is reduced, the noise is reduced, the three items are balanced, and the third harmonic component is reduced. This product is more suitable for urban and rural, industrial and mining enterprise power grid transformation, and is more suitable for combined transformers and Prefabricated Substation transformers.

The core of S13 series Power Transformer is made of the best quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet, and the stricter core manufacturing process has put forward higher requirements for core materials and cutting equipment. In comparison, the no-load loss S13 is 25% lower than the national standard value of S11, the no-load current S13 is 80% lower than the national standard value of S11, and the noise can be reduced by 5-10dB.

Technical features: The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet, multi-stage step-type full-bevel joint structure, the core column is tied with F-grade non-weft adhesive tape, and the core surface is sealed with insulating resin paint to prevent moisture and rust, which reduces no-load loss, no-load current and core noise. The clamps and fasteners are specially surface treated to further improve the appearance quality of the product.

1. The core is made of high-permeability, low-loss cold-rolled oriented silicon steel strip, and adopts a unique lamination structure, which minimizes the distortion of magnetic flux density, thereby greatly reducing no-load loss and no-load current. Since the air gap of the core joints of this type of transformer is small, and the joints of each layer are staggered, the no-load loss is smaller, the no-load current is lower, and the noise is reduced by 5-10dB.

2. The low-voltage winding can be wrapped in foil, which has a compact structure and reduces the radial force during short circuit, and the ability to resist sudden short circuit is greatly enhanced.

3. The box body adopts a fully sealed corrugated oil tank structure to prevent air and moisture from contacting the transformer oil, reduce the aging of the oil, and extend the service life of the transformer; the volume change of the transformer oil due to thermal expansion and contraction is adjusted through the elastic deformation of the corrugated sheet.

4. The product is an outdoor structure with a high anti-fouling grade and good heat dissipation; there is no need to replace the transformer oil during normal use, which is truly maintenance-free and ensures the safe operation and reliability of the power grid.

5. The Oil Transformer is equipped with a pressure release safety protection device. When the transformer fails and the pressure is too high, it can be released reliably and safely through the pressure release valve to prevent the accident from expanding.
