Product description:

10kV three-phase resin cast insulated Dry-type power transformer is an SC (B）10, SC (B) 11, SC (B) 13 series Dry-Type Transformer independently developed with the introduction of foreign advanced technology. The coil is encapsulated by epoxy resin, so it is flame-retardant, fire-proof, explosion-proof, maintenance-free, pollution-free, small in size, and can be directly installed in the load center. The scientific and reasonable design and casting process make the product have smaller partial discharge, lower noise, and stronger heat dissipation capacity. The product is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller with fault alarm, over-temperature alarm, over-temperature tripping and black box functions. It is connected to the computer through the RS485 serial interface and can be centrally controlled.

widely used in power distribution of urban power grids, high-rise buildings, commercial centers, airports, offshore drilling platforms, ships, tunnels, large hydropower stations, railway stations, etc.

Technical features:

The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, 45° full-bevel joints, five-step lamination method, the core column and the iron yoke are both multi-stage circular cross-section shapes, which can obtain smaller no-load loss and lower noise. According to the capacity of the transformer, the high-voltage conductor uses double glass enameled copper wire, and the interlayer uses H-grade glass fiber cloth and glass felt insulation; the low voltage uses copper foil winding, and the interlayer insulation is epoxy resin prepreg cloth, which has high mechanical strength and resistance to sudden short circuits.

The clamps use low-magnetic steel pull plates and clamps with matching structure, and are sandblasted and sprayed with plastic. The overall structure is beautiful and has high mechanical strength. Each phase is equipped with an independent axial flow fan and a split temperature controller to effectively reduce the temperature rise, increase the output capacity of the transformer, and ensure the safe operation of the transformer.
