Technical Specifications

Core Construction

Utilizing premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, our transformers feature a 45° full-bevel joint and a five-step lamination process. This advanced core construction significantly reduces no-load losses and minimizes noise, resulting in enhanced energy efficiency and a quieter operation.

Winding Specifications

High-voltage winding: Crafted from double glass enameled copper wire, the high-voltage winding is insulated with H-grade glass fiber cloth and mat insulation. This combination ensures superior electrical performance, mechanical strength, and resistance to thermal and mechanical stresses.
Low-voltage winding: Consisting of copper foil with epoxy resin prepreg cloth, the low-voltage winding offers enhanced mechanical strength and short-circuit endurance.
