Product description:

Adopt high-quality new cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets for stacking; H-grade heat-resistant 180° enameled wire, beautiful bare coil winding, primary and secondary with duct fan for fast heating, galvanized tripod, special varnishing process, vacuum varnishing, oven drying! Effectively reduce vibration and noise during operation, increase electrical strength, and adopt high-temperature resistant insulation material design and other new processes and technologies to make the transformer energy-saving and quiet. Energy-saving low-noise wire has ventilation slots, air flow is smooth, and coil temperature is quickly and effectively reduced.

Material Description：

① Iron Core

Adopt new high-quality high-silicon silicon steel sheets, the main material is 0.35 thick high-quality silicon steel sheets. We select suitable materials according to customer requirements and usage conditions to achieve transformer performance design.

②Wire material

PEW, UEW, EIW, SEIW, FEAI enameled wires are used, and the temperature resistance grades are F grade (155°C), H grade (180°C), HC grade (200°C), and C grade (220”C) (the conventional temperature resistance grade is H grade 180°C).

③Insulation material

High temperature resistant insulation paper is used as the insulation material, which has multiple properties of high temperature insulation, flame retardancy and moisture resistance.

④Terminal block

Low power uses terminal block, which has beautiful appearance, excellent pressure resistance, temperature resistance and flame retardancy. High power uses high-quality copper busbar

⑤Iron foot

Mainly uses CNC bending cold-rolled plate, with environmentally friendly electroplating options such as colorful plating (gold), blue zinc (silver white), white zinc (ivory white), and surface anodizing (black).

Technical features：

The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, 45° full-bevel joints, and five-step lamination. The core column and iron yoke are both multi-level circular cross-section shapes, which can obtain smaller no-load loss and lower noise.

The clamp adopts a low-magnetic steel pull plate and clamp matching structure, and is sandblasted and sprayed with plastic. The overall structure is beautiful and has high mechanical strength.
