The 10kV Dry Type Three-Phase Transformer is a Dry-Type Transformer developed with advanced technology imported from abroad. The coils are encapsulated in epoxy resin, making it difficult to ignite, fireproof, explosion-proof, maintenance-free, non-polluting, compact, and can be directly installed at the load center. Scientific and reasonable design and casting process make the product have lower partial discharge, lower noise, and stronger heat dissipation capabilities. The Dry Type Transformer is equipped with an intelligent temperature control device, with fault alarm, over-temperature alarm, over-temperature trip, and black box functions. It can be connected to a computer via an RS485 serial interface for centralized control.

The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, with a 45° full oblique joint, five-step interleaved iron stacking method, and the core column and iron yoke are multi-stage circular cross-section shapes, which can achieve small no-load losses and low noise. Depending on the capacity of the transformer, the high-voltage conductors are made of double-glass enameled copper wire, with H-class glass fiber cloth and glass mat insulation between layers; the low voltage uses copper foil winding, with epoxy resin impregnated cloth as interlayer insulation, with high mechanical strength and surge short-circuit resistance. The clamps are made of low-magnetic steel pull plates and clamp matching structures, with sandblasting and spray treatment, making the overall structure beautiful and with high mechanical strength. Each phase is equipped with an independent axial flow fan and split-type temperature controller, effectively reducing temperature rise, increasing transformer output capacity, and ensuring safe operation of the transformer.
