Product Description：

The SC(B)10-14 low-energy loss transformer is an advanced Dry-Type Transformer designed to deliver exceptional energy efficiency and performance. It is part of the SC(B)10 series, known for its innovative features and reliability. This transformer utilizes F-grade epoxy resin mixed with fillers, which is vacuum film degassed and cast on high and low voltage coils reinforced with glass fiber forming mesh under vacuum and pressure. This results in a transformer with high mechanical strength, electrical strength, and heat resistance, making it an excellent choice for various power distribution applications.

Core Construction: The core is crafted from high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, using a 45° full oblique step lapping process. The surface of the core is coated with a special moisture-resistant and rust-resistant coating, effectively reducing no-load loss, no-load current, and noise level.
Winding Specifications:
- High-voltage Winding: Made from enameled copper wire, filled with glass fiber felt, and cast without vacuum state using imported epoxy resin. After curing, it forms a solid whole with high mechanical strength, no partial discharge, and high reliability
- Low-voltage Winding: Utilizes copper foil winding with epoxy resin impregnated cloth as interlayer insulation. This design offers excellent electrical performance and mechanical strengt.
Cooling System: The transformer can be configured with natural air cooling (AN) or forced air cooling (AF). With forced air cooling, the output capacity of the transformer can be increased by 50%, making it suitable for intermittent overload operation or emergency accident overload operation.
Temperature Control: Equipped with a temperature control and display system that can be used in conjunction with temperature control systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
