    Overview: The KYN28-12 Drawer-type Switchgear is a cutting-edge solution designed for indoor three-phase AC power distribution systems. Operating at 50Hz with a rated voltage of 12kV, this switchgear is the epitome of high reliability and safety, making it ideal for a variety of electrical applications in industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and power distribution centers. With reference to foreign advanced switchgear, the Removable Switchgear Cabinet adopts a central structure, which saves about 50% of the space in the circuit breaker room and is convenient for cable installation. The primary circuit switch is installed on a removable trolley, and trolleys of the same specification can be easily interchanged. It adopts an armored structure, and the components are installed in grounded compartments separated by metal partitions. The protection level of the switch cabinet is IP4X. It can be equipped with vacuum circuit breakers such as VS1, VD4, and ZN63. The switch cabinet can be connected to the protection system and has the "four remote" function to realize the automation of the distribution station.

    Installation Instructions

    The dynamic load generated by the vacuum circuit breaker when opening and closing is about 7840N upward and downward. The design basis is to estimate the foundation stress. The construction of the switch cabinet installation foundation should comply with the relevant provisions of the "Technical Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Power Construction".
    a. Use specific transportation tools such as cranes, forklifts, etc., and do not use rollers or crowbars.
    b. Place the switch cabinets on the foundation in the order of arrangement, adjust the straightness, verticality and horizontality of the switch cabinet group, and fix the switch cabinets on the foundation channel steel. Use appropriate bolts to fix the cabinets.
    c. Install the main busbar: Open the top cover of the busbar room for installation. After installation, tighten the top cover. When connecting the busbar, the contact surface should be flat and free of dirt. The places with dirt should be cleaned and coated with power composite grease to enhance the conductivity.
    d. Install the primary cable: After the cable head is made, fix the cable head on the bracket. The contact surface between the cable and the busbar should be flat. Apply power compound grease on the contact surface before connecting. After the cable construction is completed, the cable room and the cable trench should be sealed with a partition.
    e. Install the secondary cable: The cable enters from the bottom of the left side of the cabinet, enters the relay room through the side wall, and is connected to the corresponding terminals. During construction, pay attention to the cable number and terminal number not to miss or mistake them. After the secondary cable construction is completed, be careful not to forget to cover the cable hole.
    f. Connect the inter-cabinet ground busbar so that the ground busbars in the arrangement direction of the switch cabinet are connected as a whole. Check whether the working grounding and protective grounding are omitted, whether the grounding loop is continuously conductive, and the resistance of the working connection should not be greater than 10 ohms, and the resistance of the protective connection should not be greater than 4 ohms.
