Overview: The KYN28 Series Metal-Clad, Drawer Type Switch Cabinet is a cutting-edge solution tailored for indoor three-phase AC power distribution systems. Operating at 50Hz with a rated voltage range of 3.6 to 12kV, this series is engineered for exceptional reliability and safety, catering to a diverse range of electrical applications from industrial and commercial facilities to power distribution centers.

Key Features:

1. Fully automatic operating system

The power supply, power outage function and the "working position" of the trolley, and the movement of the "test/isolation" position are automatically controlled by the switch cabinet.
The operating status of the switch cabinet is monitored in real time, and each operation is judged according to the logic of the five-protection interlocking to avoid accidents caused by operators' misoperation and ensure the safety of equipment and operators.

2. Intelligent circuit breaker

The intelligent circuit breaker can monitor the mechanical offset rate of the circuit breaker and whether the opening coil is stuck, broken, or short-circuited in real time during operation. Once an abnormality occurs, the fault alarm is activated instantly.

3. Partial discharge monitoring function

Online monitoring of the insulation components in the cabinet to determine whether the insulation performance in the cabinet meets the operating requirements. If the partial discharge exceeds the standard, the fault alarm can be activated instantly.

4. Key point temperature online monitoring function

Online real-time monitoring of the temperature of key points in the cabinet (plum blossom contacts, busbar connections, cable overlaps, etc.). Once overheating occurs, it can be transmitted to the background management system through the 485 communication line.

5. Intelligent backend

Automatically manage equipment by distribution room, monitor the operating status of equipment online remotely (heating, partial discharge, circuit breaker failure), automatically pop up a reminder of fault information and notify management personnel by SMS or phone, and repair equipment according to the status. Realize full life cycle monitoring to ensure equipment reliability and safety.

2. Altitude: 2000m and below;

3. Humidity conditions: daily average relative humidity: ≤95%, daily average water vapor pressure does not exceed 2.2kPa; monthly average relative humidity: ≤90%, daily average water vapor pressure does not exceed 1.8kPa. 4. Earthquake intensity: not more than 8 degrees;

5. No obvious pollution such as corrosive or flammable gases;
