Product Overview:

Our Dry Type Three-Phase Transformerare designed using the most advanced epoxy resin casting technology. Epoxy resin is a raw material with very strong non-flammability, fireproof and explosion-proof properties. The Dry Type Power Transformer produced have the following characteristics:

(1) Oil-free, pollution-free, flame-retardant, and self-extinguishing.

(2) High insulation temperature rise level: F-class insulation, transformer temperature rise can reach 100K.

(3) Low loss and high efficiency; SC(B) series loss is 10% lower than the current new international (GB/T10228).

(4) Low noise, BC(B)9 series and distribution transformers can usually be controlled below 50db.

(5) Small partial discharge (usually below 10PC) and high reliability, which can ensure long-term safe operation. The service life reaches 30 years.

(6) Anti-crack, anti-temperature change, high mechanical strength, and strong anti-sudden short circuit capability.

(7) Good moisture resistance, can operate normally at 100% temperature, and can be put into operation without drying after shutdown.

(8) Small size and light weight. According to statistics from relevant sources, the dimensions of oil transformers are more than twice those of dry transformers.

(9) No need to delay the transformer room, no need to hang the core for maintenance and load-bearing beams, saving civil engineering land and space. Because there is no oil, no toxic gas will be produced, and no pollution will be caused to the environment!
