An Oil-immersed Transformer is an electrical device that uses transformer oil as a cooling and insulating medium. It consists of an iron core, windings and other components, immersed in oil, which dissipates heat through natural or forced circulation of the oil, while the oil also provides electrical insulation. This design helps to improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the transformer, reduce losses, ensure stable electrical performance, and monitor the health of the transformer through oil sample analysis.
Oil-immersed transformers are suitable for 50 and 60 Hz AC power. Their main function is to adjust the network voltage of 10kV, 6kV or 3.5kv to 400V or 230V bus voltage suitable for industrial and mining enterprises and civil buildings. Oil-immersed transformers can be used both indoors and outdoors. People may see 315kVA transformers on electric poles every day. Oil-immersed transformers have high temperature requirements. The ambient temperature must be between -25℃ and 40℃, with a maximum temperature of 30℃ per day and 20℃ per year. The humidity of the environment where the transformer is located must not be higher than 90%, and the altitude must be less than 1km.
The S13 series Oil-Filled Transformer epitomize innovation in power distribution, designed for maximum efficiency and minimal environmental impact. Crafted with the highest-grade cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel, these Power Transformer deliver superior performance and reliability.
