10kV S11/S13 Oil power transformer

The S11 series Oil Transformer is a new energy-saving, material-saving and environmentally friendly product developed on the basis of summarizing S9 and S10. The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets and has a multi-level step-type full-bevel joint structure. The no-load loss of S11 Distribution transformer can be reduced by 30% compared with the S9 series distribution transformer. It has the characteristics of simple and reasonable structure, good strength, light weight, unobstructed oil channel, good heat dissipation and low loss, achieving the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction, complying with national industrial policies, and its overall performance indicators have reached the world's advanced level. It is manufactured according to the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC60076 and the national standard of the People's Republic of China GB1094. The core of the S13 series transformer is made of the highest quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, and the more stringent core manufacturing process puts higher requirements on the core material and cutting equipment. In comparison, the no-load loss of S13 is 25% lower than the national standard value of S11, the no-load current of S13 is 80% lower than the national standard value of S11, and the noise can be reduced by 5-10dB.

The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, multi-stage step-type full-bevel joint structure, the core column is tied with F-grade non-weft adhesive tape, and the core surface is sealed with insulating resin paint to prevent moisture and rust, reducing no-load loss, no-load current and core noise. The clamps and fasteners are specially surface treated to further improve the appearance quality of the product.

1. The core is made of high-permeability and low-loss cold-rolled oriented silicon steel strips, and adopts a unique lamination structure,

which minimizes the distortion of magnetic flux density, thereby greatly reducing no-load loss and no-load current. Because the core joint air gap of this type of transformer is small, the joints of each layer are staggered, the no-load loss is smaller, the no-load current is lower, and the noise is reduced by 5-10dB.

2. The low-voltage winding can be wrapped in foil, which has a compact structure, while reducing the radial force during short circuit, and greatly enhancing the ability to resist sudden short circuit.

3. The box adopts a fully sealed corrugated oil tank structure to prevent air and moisture from contacting the transformer oil, reduce the degree of oil aging, and extend the service life of the transformer; the volume change of the transformer oil due to thermal expansion and contraction is adjusted through the elastic deformation of the corrugated sheet.

4. The product is an outdoor structure with a high anti-pollution level and good heat dissipation; there is no need to replace the transformer oil during normal use, which is truly maintenance-free and ensures the safe operation and reliability of the power grid.

5. The transformer is equipped with a pressure release safety protection device. When the transformer fails and the pressure is too high, it can be released reliably and safely through the pressure release valve to prevent the expansion of the accident.
