S11 Series Oil-Filled Transformer

The S11 series Oil-immersed Transformer is a highly efficient and energy-saving power equipment. Compared with the S9 series, its no-load loss is reduced by 30% and the no-load current is reduced by 70%-85%. It adopts a fully inclined seam laminated core, a compact low-voltage winding design and a corrugated oil tank structure, which optimizes the cooling effect and insulation performance. At the same time, it is manufactured in strict accordance with IEC 60076 and GB1094 standards to ensure high reliability and safety. It is suitable for voltage levels of 10kV and below, and is widely used in power transmission and distribution under various environmental conditions.

How to choose the capacity of the transformer:

(1) Generally, the efficiency of the oil-immersed transformer is the highest when the load rate is between 0.5 and 0.6. At this time, the capacity of the transformer is the economic capacity. When the load is relatively stable and continuous production is in progress, the Distribution transformer can be selected according to the economic capacity, and the capacity of a single unit should not exceed 100kV·A. (2) The capacity of the special transformer for drainage and irrigation stations that mainly supplies power to power loads is generally selected according to 1.2 times the total nameplate power of the asynchronous motor.

(3) For the capacity selection of transformers for comprehensive power supply such as lighting and agricultural and sideline product processing, the simultaneous rate of power equipment should be considered, and the capacity of the distribution transformer should be selected according to about 1.25 times the total power of the actual peak load that may occur.

(4) For the capacity selection of transformers that mainly supply power to lighting loads, the transformer capacity close to the total lighting power can be selected (generally not exceeding 100kV·A).

(5) When selecting the transformer capacity according to (2) and (3), if there is an asynchronous motor that starts at full voltage, the power of each motor should not exceed 30% of the capacity of the distribution transformer. At the same time, it should be ensured that when the largest full voltage starting motor is started within the power supply range of the same distribution transformer, the residual voltage at the terminals of other electrical equipment cannot be lower than 75% of the rated voltage. If the above conditions cannot be met, the full voltage starting motor should be started at reduced voltage.

Technical features

The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, with a multi-stage step-type full-bevel joint structure. The core column is tied with F-grade non-weft adhesive tape. The core surface is sealed with insulating resin paint to prevent moisture and rust, reducing no-load loss, no-load current and core noise. The clamps and fasteners are specially surface treated to further improve the appearance quality of the product.
