The S11 series Oil Immersed Distribution Transformer are available in a wide range of capacities from 30 kVA to 2500 kVA. 1. The core adopts high magnetic conductivity and low loss cold-rolled oriented silicon steel strip, and adopts a unique lamination structure to minimize the distortion of magnetic flux density, thereby greatly reducing no-load loss and no-load current. Because the air gap of the core joint of this type of transformer is small, and the joints of each layer are staggered, the no-load loss is smaller, the no-load current is lower, and the noise is reduced by 5-10dB.
2. The low-voltage winding can be wrapped in foil, which has a compact structure and reduces the radial force during short circuit, and the ability to resist sudden short circuit is greatly enhanced.

The box adopts a fully sealed structure of corrugated oil tank to prevent air and moisture from contacting the transformer oil, reduce the aging of the oil, and extend the service life of the transformer; the volume change of the transformer oil due to thermal expansion and contraction is adjusted by the elastic deformation of the corrugated sheet.
4. The product is an outdoor structure with a high anti-fouling grade and good heat dissipation; there is no need to replace the transformer oil during normal use, which is truly maintenance-free and ensures the safe operation and reliability of the power grid.
