The HXGN Series Box-Type Fixed Ring Main Unit (RMU) is designed for indoor use in three-phase AC systems at 50Hz, with a Rated voltage ranging from 3 to 12kV. It is engineered for ring network power supply and customer substations, serving as a solution for accepting, controlling, and distributing electrical energy.

This Switchgear Cabinet fully meets the "five prevention" requirements of Inflatable Ring Main Unit in electrical systems and is extensively applied in various In power distribution system, such as industrial and mining enterprises, residential areas, high-rise buildings, and educational and recreational facilities. It is capable of handling rated short-circuit currents and can be used to interrupt no-load currents of transformers, as well as currents from overhead lines or cable lines over a certain distance. RMUs equipped with fuses can interrupt short-circuit currents, serving as protective switches. They are also suitable for installation in box-type substations.

- Reliable Performance: All live parts within the cabinet maintain an air gap of at least 125 mm from the ground, and the creepage distance of insulators complies with national standards. All insulation materials are epoxy or SMC, enhancing the switchgear's insulation level and mechanical strength. The protection rating is IP3X.

- Vacuum Circuit Breaker Solutions: Equipped with solutions for vacuum circuit breakers for incoming and outgoing lines, capable of meeting the needs of large system short-circuit capacities, and comes with reliable intelligent protection devices to ensure the implementation of various protection functions.

- Safe and Convenient Use: Load switches have static contact insulating covers to prevent arc flash short-circuit accidents within the cabinet. The insulating cover has a removable metal door that closes when the grounding switch is engaged, ensuring the personal safety of workers during maintenance, repair, and replacement of fuses. The entire cabinet is oil-free and toxin-free, eliminating the risk of fire and explosion.

The load switch's spring energy storage can be manually or electrically operated, making it easy and effort-saving to use.

- Cabinet Structure: Made of cold-rolled steel plate bending or welded steel structures, stable and reliable, with flexible and simple combination, good systematization, and versatility, meeting fast delivery requirements. It has good expandability and can be combined into any primary wiring method according to user requirements.

- Busbar Chamber: Located at the top of the RMU, the busbars can be installed vertically or horizontally. The three phases are arranged front and back (longitudinally), with a compact structure. It is small in volume, occupies less space, easy to install, and can save a significant amount of construction costs for the high-voltage room of the distribution room.
