    The GCS series low-voltage Draw-Out Switchgear is a cutting-edge design developed by a joint design team in response to the specifications set forth by industry regulators, power users, and design institutes. It is designed to meet the specific needs of our country, boasting high technical performance benchmarks and adapting to the evolving landscape of the power market. This switchgear successfully passed a joint appraisal in Shanghai in July 1996 and has since been recognized and valued by both manufacturing entities and power-utilizing departments. The Ministry of Electric Power and the Ministry of Mechanical Industry have jointly issued directives (document numbers AnShengYong (1997) No. 01 and JiZhong (1997) No. 01) to promote the application of the GCS low-voltage Drawer Switchgear. It is now widely adopted across various sectors including power generation, petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, textiles, communications, and construction for their distribution systems. Particularly, it is used in large power plants, communication centers, and highly automated modern enterprises that require computer control, serving as a Power distribution device in three-phase AC systems with a frequency of 50(60)Hz, a rated working voltage of 380V(660V), and a rated current of 4000A or less, for power distribution, centralized motor control, and reactive power compensation.

    Application Fields:

    The GCS low-voltage Drawer-type Switchgear is extensively utilized in outdoor environments such as 6-10kV ring networks and end-user facilities, including industrial parks, residential areas, commercial centers, parks, stations, airports, ports, oil fields, and temporary facilities.

    Technical Features:

    - Enhanced thermal capacity of the transfer components significantly reduces the additional temperature rise that affects the connectors, cable heads, and partition plates due to the thermal rise of the transfer components.
    - Clear and reliable separation between functional units and compartments ensures that a fault in one unit does not affect the operation of others, confining faults to the smallest possible area.
    - Excellent thermal stability, capable of withstanding the impact of short-circuit currents of 80/176kA.
    - The MCC Drawer Type Switch Cabinet can accommodate up to 22 circuits per cabinet, considering the needs of large single-unit capacity power plants and automated electric gate (machine) groups in the petrochemical industry.
    - The drawer unit is equipped with a sufficient number of secondary connectors (32 pairs for units of 1 and above, 20 pairs for 1/2 units), meeting the requirements for the number of interface points for computer interfaces and automatic control circuits.
