Industrial Grade XGN2-12 Box Type Metal Enclosed Switchgear

XGN2-12 box-type fixed AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear (referred to as switchgear) is used for power with rated voltage of 3.6~12kV, three-phase AC 50Hz, and rated circuit of 630~3150A. The main switch of this switchgear adopts vacuum circuit breakers such as ZN28A-12 series, ZN28-12 series and ZNa-12 (VH1), and the disconnector adopts GN30-12 rotary disconnector, GN22-10 high current disconnector and GN30-10 rotary high current disconnector series products.

The XGN2-12 switch cabinet is a metal-enclosed box-type structure. The cabinet frame is welded by angle steel. The cabinet is divided into circuit breaker room, busbar room, cable room, relay room, etc., and the rooms are separated by steel plates.

Technical features:

The cable room is at the rear of the lower part of the cabinet. The cable room supporting insulators can be equipped with voltage monitoring devices. The cables are fixed on the brackets. When the main connection is a communication scheme, this room is a small communication room.

The relay room is at the front of the upper part of the cabinet. The indoor mounting plate can be installed with relays, etc. There are terminal block brackets in the room. Secondary components such as indicating instruments and signal components can be installed on the door. Secondary busbars can also be arranged on the top.

The operating mechanism of the circuit breaker is installed on the left side below, and the operation and interlocking mechanism of the disconnector is above it. The switch cabinet is double-sided maintenance. The secondary components of the relay are inspected in the front, the operating mechanism, mechanical interlocking and transmission parts are maintained, and the circuit breaker is inspected. The main busbar and cable terminal are repaired in the back, and there are lights in the circuit breaker room and cable room. A grounding copper busbar parallel to the cabinet width is provided below the front door, and its cross-section is 4×mm2.
